Tribunal Jury
Article 9, Sections 1 and 2 of the Constitution of the International Tribunal for Natural Justice:
1. The Tribunal shall be presided by the Chief Justice and such other Judge or Judges as appropriate. Matters brought before the Court are to be decided by the Judge or Judges presiding and where appropriate, following a determination by a jury. All persons have the inalienable right to choose trial by a Petit Jury of twelve persons, such being competent, independent and impartial.
2. Matters may be referred to the Tribunal from a Grand Jury or by way of Application or Indictment except where it is appropriate for administrative or legal reasons to seek a determination from the Judges of the Court.
